This segment will strengthen, tone, and sculpt the arms and upper back developing the muscles for great posture. You will need a very lightweight set of hand weights from 1-3 lbs. If you don’t have a set within this weight range, you can always use some food cans or just make a fist and create the tension resistance yourself. This segment also includes the Standing Footwork Series, which strengthens the feet and ankles and works on balance. This segment demonstrates that Pilates conditions the full body from head- to- toe and builds a connection from the ends of the body back into the center core abdominals. Plus, it is fun and invigorating!
