Private Pilates Sessions
One-on-One Pilates session for ultimate individualized attention, assurance of form while doing the exercises, and appropriate modifications as needed. It is tailored to the individual’s goals, working level, and pace with considerations of any pre-existing conditions and/or injuries.
Semi-Private Pilates Sessions
Enjoy the energy and motivational support of working out with a partner! This session type will still offer a great combination of personal attention while starting to work more independently. Modifications will always be offered as needed for each individual’s success and safety. Kindly suggested you provide your own partner that compliments your schedule.
