Certified Pilates Teacher, RN

Lindy Irwin has been passionately teaching classical Pilates for over 20 years. She is also a licensed RN with surgical nursing experience and a former professionally trained ballet dancer. She holds over 1,500 hours of comprehensive teacher training education including a Master’s certification.
She provides hands-on, detailed, safe instruction specific to form and technique to help people of all conditions and ages enhance their health and wellbeing, achieve their goals, and embody greater awareness, joy, and peace.
